Hotel name misses the mark. We stayed at this establishment in two different rooms and both had a packaged condom for your use. This was off putting to say the least. Floors seemed dirty though flimsy disposable slippers were provided. Chairs in one room were heavily stained. The sink in one bathroom was leaking and seems like it wasn’t fixed for a long time as the marble was black. Beds were comfortable and sheets were cleaned. Both rooms came with 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel. On the second occasion when my husband requested another large towel he was told by front desk staff, “In Korea only 1 towel”. This is not true as we confirmed with other Koreans. The towels were very thin and threadbare in some spots. They were able to accommodate us when we asked to leave our one luggage with them while we went to Jeju Island and came back to stay, which was super helpful. Would I recommend this hotel?… I prefer hotels to be more welcoming and cleaner.
