We walked in and left this property without staying. We felt the photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect the room. The room was not very clean, dirty toilet and walls. Our room was downstairs close to kitchen and felt very cramped. Knobs falling of doors, safe wasn’t working. The lady offered to replace it with another won but it wasn’t bolted into the wardrobe so there wasn’t much point. Upon checkin we weren’t able to check in to our room before finding a money changer to pay 1000 Bart deposit. We had just flown from another country so we hadn’t had time to covert our money. Overall not a positive experience, we are still fighting with Expedia to get a part refund. The upstairs rooms in this hotel may be better, property looks nice from outside.
