Room was dirty and dusty. Tv only worked for one day. The furniture was stained and dusty. Couldn’t get in contact with the front desk. Office was closed 90% of the time. Even closed upon checkout. Dishes and the microwave in the kitchen were horrible. Thank goodness I didn’t purchase food to cook. Absolutely would not stay at this property again. Spent good money for 2 dirty and uncomfortable nights. No smoke or carbon monoxide alarms.

It was a good place could have been a great place to stay but it needs some attention for example paint peeling on ceiling. One door leading to I guess they would a mechanical room had 6x6 cut out of it cutting the door handle area out. Proximity to the ocean and board walk was great.

The property need to be upgraded specially the carpet and the furniture, very old and uncomfortable.

The carpet is dirty, there are dirty dishes in the drawers, the coffee percolator was full of old coffee residue, and the microwave is in very poor condition; basically, the entire apartment is not what is shown in the photos.

Both my wife and I are in our mid seventies. Our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. As soon as you enter the building you are hit with a musty smell and a damp, clammy sense. Same thing in the unit itself. One dining room chair was broken. The vent over one of the beds hung down a few inches precariously held up by tape. The door to the balcony patio had a one inch gap to the threshold. Hot water for showers was lukewarm at best. Some ants and flies.

For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .

The rooms were not clean, and very old. Floors were covered in sand , and there were holes in the walls, and door handles coming off. The worst part was NO HOT WATER. We could not take a shower for 2 days , and when telling the front desk, they gave us attitude. Terrible customer service

We liked the location, the staff was very nice and the size wasbperfect for the 4 of us. The property is out dated. No dishwasher or kerig, but other than that we enjoyed ourselves
