Overall good. We liked the location, and having the space of a suite was great for the family. But we had several minor to moderate issues. There were no spare sheets or towels. Hotel info says they should have been in the laundry spaces, but there weren't any at either laundry space. There was a mechanical vibration in one of the bedrooms that transmitted through the bed. If you're a side sleeper, it's very noticeable and made it difficult to fall asleep. There is a loading zone marked out front, and the parking instructions tell you to park in the loading zone when you arrive. However, it's a busy street in the city centre, and I was honked at immediately when I stopped to unload. The coating on the concrete floor was also peeling up throughout.
