Absolutely lovely! This was a very spacious room with a large bathroom. (very hard to find when traveling internationally) We were very close to everything. The restaurants, shops, taxi’s, tour buses, harbor and beaches were all walking distance. Surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great location in Old Town on promanade overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Room modernised to a high standard. The only negatives were sixty four step to climb to the room and some minor maintenance issues.

Very nice room in a super convenient location in the heart of Old Town on the Riva waterfront. But understand that it's not a hotel with a lobby or regular service - it's an individual bedroom with a bathroom. And it's on the 4th floor so pack light!

Absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and comfy and the view was fantastic. Ivica was very helpful, he provided a list of recommendations and helped set me up with an early airport transfer so I didn't have to worry about anything. The room was extremely secure which was important to me as a solo woman travelling. I will definitely be staying here again if I go back to Croatia.

Good looking apartment. Easy to find and good to sleep in. Soundproofing in the apartment was not the most desirable, because you could hear the other visitors too easily.

Super easy to get in and out of. Great communication with Toma, our host, who also provided great recommendations. The only thing I would say is know that this is an old building and there is no elevator.

The host is nice but the apartment locations and conditions are unpleasant. The room was smelly after rains and it took half days to get rid of it. The entrance was unpleasant and a bit dirty. There is insufficient hot water for two persons to take bath. I had waited for an hour after my husband finished it. The photo is quite misleading with sea view.

The Appartement is extremely beautiful! I love the interiors and the location. Also the check in was very easy. What I really did not like is that our host (we were a group of six girls) told us we could text him whenever we needed something. So we only had five pillows instead of six. But we were six people, one of us had to sleep without a pillow. I told the host and he basically ignored me. He said he would do something about it but never did. So one of the girls simply had no pillow but that‘s basic in my opinion. That is not acceptable. Also we had no warm water to shower, it was always cold. I can recommend the Appartement when it comes to location BUT the Service was simply terrible.

Outstanding. We had a city view room and it was beautiful. Large room and big bathroom. Fantastic shower. Everything was spotless. Lots of storage space and hangers. Kettle and iron provided. Bed is very comfy. Its a hard bed but thats mt preference. Amazing location. Right on the old town, very hand for any tours or boat trips as right on the Promenade. Even with the location we never heard a noise at night from outside nor other guests. We were dueo arrive 5 hours before check in but the hotel had been in contact days before and knew we were arriving early. They were going to meet us early so we could store our bags. Our flight ended up being delayed but we still arrived 2 hours before check in. I was in contact with the hotel on Expedia chat and Karlo turned up very shortly after I messaged to say we had arrived. He had asked the cleaner to do our room first as we were arriving early, and as such the room was ready! Such a little effort from him that made a big difference to our stay as we could immediately freshen up and head out to enjoy the town.

Carlos was wonderful, responsive and made recommendations. Beautiful rooms, very comfy beds. Bath a bit small but we are a family of 4. Hot water runs out quicker than Carlos Said it would. Heated overnight and next morning barely provided one warm military shower. 64 stairs to the room we weren’t aware of. No elevator. Washer but lay out on rack to dry. Could use a large table top or dresser. Had to lay out cloths out on each couch. Do have a hanging rack. Takes AC a while to cool rooms. A room divider would be nice for a little privacy depending on who is staying there. Tiny refrigerator cools but weak so we didn’t buy milk. Pigeons noisy mornings as loud mating sounds outside bath window. Funny but could be annoying for some. Loud with window closed. Charming place and great price and location center of promenade.

Lovely views and room

This is a great central location. There are some things to mention, this is located in a historic building with no elevator. You have to be able to climb the stairs. Good news is that the stairs aren’t steep and lends to the charm of staying in a building so close to the Diocletian Palace. The other part is that if you aren’t used to European buildings, you will need to familiarize yourself with the light switches on every floor. You need to turn the switch on if you come back in the evening, unless you like stumbling up the steps in the dark. The room was great and when I had the opportunity, I would open the windows and move the outer shutters for great views and fresh air. The windows when closed were able to muffle the sounds out on the busy walkway. It was really quiet and I felt like I was not in an active and busy part of the old city. The bathroom was great and the rain shower was amazing. The staff, Toma, was extremely helpful and felt that I could reach them at anytime.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. However, the room does not have many amenities. One pillow and towel per person. No tissue paper or bottle of water. Just a clean room in an excellent location. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator…not a big deal, but could be an issue with seniors or those with disabilities.
