Amazing place! Had the best stay here. The staff was the kindest we have met in Peru, and were super helpful when we asked to switch rooms due to a party next door one of the nights. The breakfast was also great with delicious coffee, fresh fruit and the staff made eggs our way. Can't recommend this enough!

顶层露台非常漂亮，雪山、火山同框。我们晚上6点去机场，服务员同意我们到那个时候再退房，很贴心，早餐也等我们睡到自然醒再给我们端上来，非常贴心！离武器广场走路二十分钟。

The place is great! Wonderful management, services, and spotless place. People are professional, accomodating, smiling and graceful. We wish we had this lodging experience everywhere we travel! The place by itself is an architectural delight inside and outside, and the generous breakfasts on the patio a must to do. Our bedrooms 8 and 10 were quiet and well isolated. Thank you for making our stay as memorable and easy. Merci!! Frederic, Christine and Manon

Ed and the other hotel staff were incredibly helpful! We felt very welcome; we had a problem with our departure to Puno, and they helped us in the best way possible! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The only two things I would improve are the breakfast and the curtains in the rooms could block out the light better. But I would return and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in an authentic, very well-maintained, welcoming, and clean place; the breakfast even has a view of the volcanoes.

One of the most beautiful hotels of our travels. The rooms are spacious, very indivually furnished. The staff speaks english very well and is extremly helpfull. The breakfast room is splendid with a great view of the two volcanos Misti and Chachani. Our undivided recommendation for this house!

Vi blev fantastiskt mottagna av Eddie och hans team. Det är en underbar inredning med färg och smak. Lugn omgivning och ändå närhet till det historiska.

Easy stay

A stunning older venue, that in some areas has seen better days. The staff however are amazing and we're so helpful in organising transport, places to go.

Eddy and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming and helpful. We would not have enjoyed our time in the city as much as we did without their help. The hotel is beautiful and quiet and had the best bed we slept in in Peru.

We were helped very friendly upon arrival. We arrived in Arequipa with the nightbus from Nasca so we went to the hotel hoping to be able to store our luggage until we could check in. The very friendly hotelmanager, Eddy, told us that our room was available already. This was really welcome, we could have a shower after our nightly ride and explore the city al freshened up. The hotel itself is really nice, beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace has a nice view on the snowcaps of mount Misti. There is no bar but you are allowed to take your own drinks to the rooftop. The breakfast is no buffet but was served to our table, eggs, fresh fruit, tea or coffee and the best fresh bread we had in Peru so far. In general very fair value for money, fairly quiet street, it's a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. We were able to leave our luggage for a night when we did a tour through the Colca Canyon and got all the time we needed to reorganise our luggage when we returned. Eddy and crew, thank you for a very nice stay and all your help!
