Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Room 204 and Breakfast Service
Dear Premier Inn Team,
My name is Jotti Shala, and I recently stayed at your hotel with my husband, Haxhi. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay in Room 204 and feel it is important to raise several concerns.
Firstly, the breakfast served was unacceptable. The boiled eggs had a greenish appearance and an unpleasant smell, which raised serious concerns about food safety and the risk to health. In addition, the kettle, television, tea/coffee tray, and teaspoons in our room were dusty and not properly cleaned, which we believe is not hygienic and poses health risks.
We brought these matters to the attention of staff, but we did not feel they took our concerns seriously, and we were not offered a refund. This level of service is far below expectations, and certainly not representative of the quality we anticipated.
We are extremely disappointed, as we feel we wasted our money on a room and breakfast that did not meet safe or acceptable standards. We will be leaving honest feedback and reviews to reflect our experience.
We hope you take this complaint seriously and take steps to address the issues raised to prevent future guests from having the same experience.
