The one compliment I can give this place is they have a very kind staff. Otherwise, you'd have to pay me to stay here ever again. I had absolutely NO hot water - it wasn't even warm. Straight up cold because it was January. I went to a nearby gym and paid for a day pass for a hot shower. Noisy as can be with windows made of slatted glass that don't close all the way and do nothing to block out sound. Wifi didn't work inside my room...had to stand out in the hallway by the router to get any service. And the toilet in my room didn't even have a toilet seat. Worst four nights I spent in my entire three months in Mexico. :(

Great location. Thats said. Didnt recieve the rooms booked. Bed would be what one would expect in jail. Thin mattress on a concrete pad, a sheet that didnt fit the bed, no blankets, flat pillows. The light shining through the window day and night, no bkinds/curtain. Felt like torture. Lack of sleep no idea if it was day or night.

Un lugar muy recomendable, habitación limpia, te atienden muy bien y cuenta con wifi. Está bastante bien ubicado, hay muchos servicios cerca, puedes ir caminando hasta el centro, disfrutar mérida sin complicaciones ni contratiempos.

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, no contaban con agua caliente, nunca hicieron limpieza de la habitación, no servían los conectores de corriente eléctrica, los cables del apagador del baño estaban expuestos. Como no servían los enchufes de electricidad nos cambiaron a otro hotel llamado Mucuy y estaba en peores condiciones, sin agua caliente, sin limpieza, los cojines estaban sucios y rotos, las toallas estaban sucias, aunque el personal era amable.

Las instalaciones están viejas , se veía ellas fotos están estratégicamente tomadas para apretar lo que realmente es . Habían telarañas en la pared, el baño no estaba sucio pero limpio tampoco, no te dan un edredón para taparte solo una sábana. El personal muy amable eso sí, y como el check in es a las 3pm te dejan dejar tus maletas. Por el precio la verdad que para un día no está mal pero si podrían mejorar y mucho.
