First trip to Greece and to Skiathos. Blue Horizon was excellent specially the people running it the place. Friendly, polite cannot praise enough how welcoming this family made us feel. And will definitely go back because of them. 5 stars plus to Elaine and her family. We hope to see you soon. Also cleaning ladies were very nice and daily clean rooms an all around amazing place.

This was a great hotel! The superior triple room we stayed in was a good size, we loved the sea view and the hotel was so clean! The cleaners came everyday and I cannot fault anything! The pool was very clean and the grounds well maintained. The pool bar was so good and the food some of the best we had on the island. The family running it were very kind and arranged taxis whenever we needed. Loved the stay. Only downside is the hill but if you want an amazing view it’s the price you pay! You can get a quad/scooter so easily solved.

Nice hotel but way up the hill from the ferry port and town. Definitely recommend a taxi ride. The walk was very strenuous. The property is nice and the pool was great but they do not provide pool towels.

Fabulous view once you have walked up the very steep hill. Michael the host/ owner very pleasant and accommodating. Our room number 7 was great, clean towels everyday, enough cutlery, we even had a breville toasting machine. This was our second visit to the studios, we will be back in 2024.

Koselig lite hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Rommet vårt var rent og pent med en koselig balkong. Litt lite skjermet mot naboene, men hekt ok. Koselig uteområde med basseng som er åpent til kl.1930. Beliggenheten i fjellsiden er flott, men det er noen lange bakker opp fra sentrum. Besøker gjerne stedet igjen.

Μέτριο σε σχέση τιμής με παροχές.

Τύπος διαμονής ζευγάρι. Το κατάλυμα έχει υπέροχη θέα καθώς βρίσκετε πάνω σε λόφο. Το δωμάτιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν αρκετά καθαροί. Στο δωμάτιο υπερχε εξοπλισμός για μαγείρεμα, ψυγείο καθώς και χρηματοκιβώτιο. Στο μπαλκόνι υπήρχε απλώστρα κάτι πολύ βοηθητικό καθώς και τραπεζάκι με καρέκλες. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικο. Το πρωινό ήταν κάτω του μετρίου καθώς δεν ήταν ελκυστικό για κατανάλωση. Το κρεβάτι ενώ μέσο της εφαρμογής είχε επιλεχθεί διπλό, μας έδωσαν δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα όποτε μετακινούνταν μεταξύ τους και δημιουργούσαν ένα μικρο κενό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν στο ισόγειο με αποτέλεσμα να έπρεπε να είχαμε συνέχεια τα παντζούρια κλειστά. Το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά ακριβό σε σχέση με αυτό που παρείχε.

The room was lovely ! New furniture and flat screen tv with air conditioning. Kitchenette had fridge and cooker and some utensils. Pool was lovely and got the sun nearly all day The views were amazing you can see the whole of skiathos town and the incoming planes landing. The only downside was the hill the property sat at the top of its was a killer. It is only 15 min walk down a really steep hill to the town and 7 euros back up in a town taxi

Struttura posta nella prima collina,raggiungibile dopo una lunga e ripida salita (come tutta Skiathos...) con un parcheggio nella zona retro. All'esterno la struttura è gradevole, zona bar/reception e zona piscina molto carina, con una vista fantastica sul centro città. Il monolocale è gradevole, discretamente spazioso con letti abbastanza comodi, ma la cucina (vecchia) è praticamente inservibile; dotazione essenziale di stoviglie, i fornelli non scaldano (impossibile far bollire l'acqua) ed il frigo non raffredda tanto, ma comunque è funzionante. Aria condizionata presente ma rumorosissima, alla finestra non ci sono oscuranti veri e propri ed alla mattina in camera c'era una luce come se fosse giorno...Bagno piccolo e stretto Pulizie molto scarse: una spazzata molto ma molto veloce e cambio asciugamani.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, ευχάριστη διαμονή

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι χτισμένο σε έναν λόφο επάνω από τη Χώρα της Σκιάθου κι έχει εκπληκτική θέα σ' αυτήν. Λόγω της μεγάλης ανηφόρας όμως, είναι κουραστικό να πηγαίνεις με τα πόδια, θα ήταν καλύτερα να έχετε μηχανάκι ή αυτοκίνητο. Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά μεγάλα, ανακαινισμένα κι έχουν όλα υπέροχη θέα στη Σκιάθο. Το μόνο που δεν ήταν αναινισμένο ήταν το μπάνιο, το οποίο όμως ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση. Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει αυτόνομος κλιματισμός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κουζινάκι, για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Επίσης το σήμα του Wi-Fi στο δωμάτιό μας ήταν εξαιρετικό. Η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου είναι σχετικά μικρή, αλλά σχεδόν ποτέ δεν υπήρχε κόσμος κι έτσι ήταν ένα ευχάριστο διάλλειμα (μετά την ανηφόρα με τα πόδια!). Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ κοντά στην Οδό παπαδιαμάντη, την κεντρική οδό που σε οδηγεί κατευθείαν στο λιμάνι και σε μια στάση του λεωφορείου με δρομολόγια προς τις δημοφιλέστερες παραλίες του νησιού (Κουκουναριές, Αγία Παρασκευή, Βρωμόλιμνος, κ.λπ.) Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο είναι περιποιημένο, όλοι οι χώροι πεντακάθαροι, η κυρία Ελένη, η ιδιοκτήτρια εξυπηρετικότατη κι ευχαρίστως θα ξαναμέναμε εκεί.

Interesting location, excellent proprietors

For what we wanted the hotel was excellent with superb views from our balcony over the town, bay and surrounding islands. The owners and their dog were honest and very friendly. Short downhill walk into town and somewhat longer uphill walk back which we actually didn't mind; replaced the gym. Skiathos is a great island. As long as you stay in or near town it has has everything; excellent restaurants, superb sea food plus stylish cocktail bars complimenting a subtly sophisticated nightlife. The island is very green with pine forests stretching down to the best beaches in Greece.

Mysigt hotell med vacker utsikt!

Mysigt hotell med trevlig personal och fantastisk utsikt. Ligger högt upp bland olivlundar. Mycket brant backe upp men bra om man vill ha lite motion på semestern. Ca 15 min att gå till hamnen och lika långt till närmaste stranden. Pentry & kyl på alla rum. Dock små spartanska badrum. Poolen är mer en liten djup damm med salt vatten men funkar att svalka sig i och kul för simkunniga mindre barn. Vi tog inkl frukost: ingick kaffe te toast lite yoghurt och ägg. Saknade frukt och grönt. Litet fint och mysigt grekiskt hotell mitt bland syrsor och oliver.

Ett hotell beläget med en underbar utsikt över skiathos stad.En rejäl backe upp till hotellet utesluter barnfamiljer o handikappade men för egen del så gick det bra hela veckan eftersom vi hade ett motorfordon vilket rekommenderas.Bra storlek o renliga rum höjer upp betyget plus ett mycket trevligt värdpar som gjorde vad de kunde för att hjälpa till.Rekommenderar detta boende med det varmaste....

Trevligt hotell

Bra hotell med en trevlig värdinna. Stor pool, fina studios med modern utrustning. Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt som man aldrig får nog av. Enda nagdelen var backarna upp till hotellet, man måste därmed ha starka ben och god fysik att ta sig till hotellet, men när man väl väl når fram är det värt besväret.
