We experienced several issues from the moment we checked in. On the first day, the bathroom smelled extremely bad, one of the sinks wasn’t working properly, and the room lights couldn’t be turned off. That night, we also couldn’t sleep because of the mattress, so we contacted the management. They replied quickly, but it was already 2 a.m., so I ended up spending the night outside.
The next day, the management moved us to new rooms, which were much better. They also offered us a free dinner for the whole family, which we appreciated. However, we later noticed a smoke smell in one of the rooms.
