No geral achei o hotel bem agradável e novo. Está bem cuidado. A piscina muito linda e agradável! Pena que os quartos sejam muito pequenos. Cama confortável, ar condicionado silencioso, ótimo chuveiro, café da manhã muito gostoso e com muita variedade. Tem estacionamento. Funcionários atenciosos, check in e check out rápidos, área do café da manhã boa, ótima localização, ao lado do Mag shopping, ponto de táxi atrás do shopping. Televisão boa e wi-fi muito bom. Ponto positivo para arrumação e limpeza. Tem secador. Podia ter algumas amenidades.

A área social do hotel (restaurante, recepção, rooftop) são muito boas. A piscina e a vista do rooftop são bem bonitas. A localização do hotel é muito boa, ao lado do MAG Shopping. Os colaboradores todos muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, nos deram muitas dicas de bares e restaurantes para conhecermos. No entanto, o quarto em si deixou um pouco a desejar. Não tem o mínimo isolamento acústico, você escuta a noite toda as pessoas acessando os quartos (a fechadura eletrônica apita ao abrir a porta), também se escuta as pessoas a madrugada toda carregando as malas de rodinha pelos corredores. O banheiro é pequeno, o vaso sanitário é muito baixo, parece banheiro infantil. E o valor dos itens do frigobar são bem elevados, 8 reais numa água de 330mL e 14 reais a cerveja em lata.
