Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good central location to explore Heraklion, and the facilities were good for a city centre hotel.

Everything was great except for the shower. No walls, just a shower head in the corner of the bathroom. Water got everywhere, the floor became quite slippery.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. Great location. Roof top pool and bar were a particular highlight. My partner loved the breakfast and the options of from ordering the À la carte options. Rooms were of a high standard and comfy bed. Would recommend staying here

The spa was excellent. Loved using the pool and jacuzzi (no extra charge). The breakfast was also excellent and included a wonderful fresh made buffet spread and made to order food. The room was nice and the staff pleasant. The rooftop bar had nice views. Parking was the only tricky thing - very limited & first come first serve.

Beautiful room with private dunk pool to escape the heat- although the rooftop pool and bar are also fantastic with wonderful views of the water. Great location near old city center and sights. Very helpful staff- we were able to check out but also use the facilities all afternoon before heading to late night flight. Fantastic breakfast included with fresh fruit and plenty of options. Highly recommend to anyone in Heraklion area.

Ultra modern and stylish hotel close to the Central Market shopping district. An excellent massage can be had at the onsite spa, and the rooftop bar offers drinks and/or dinner beside the pool. The breakfast buffet is also better than average, although made-to-order options are also available.

Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!

Good hotel, very clean. Area around it had a bit of graffiti, but I found that all over Greece. Newer hotel and very modern. Breakfast was good with lots of veg choices too. Very close and walkable to all the old town sites and shopping. Parking was tight and first come first serve basis, but the public parking garage was close by

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but stretched a little thin. one poor girl was handling the reateraunt, the lobby bar and upstairs bar. we called room service on 3 occasions and no answer. otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would select this hotel again

This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond! The hospitality is just amazing. THANK YOU Maria and Theodore for amazing hotel and stay!
