Very satisfied with the staff and the location. A very pleasant stay overall. However, I would recommend that the hotel consider installing blackout curtains in rooms facing the street, as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic and the streetlights are switched on in the evening. With light-colored curtains, the room becomes too bright. The air conditioning should be set to summer mode from March onwards. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is in the best location, Citta Alta. It could be a bit noisy, especially if you take a room with a view of the street. It is good to remember that when booking. We had room #4 which the shower and bathroom area had severe flood problem when we showered. They didn’t accept to change our room and since we had made two reservations before, last night we had room #12 which was wonderful . Good shower, away from the alley and resturant noise with mountain/city view. Location was great in the heart of the little city center area.
