Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece...

Hotel dificil de encontrar sin gps. Es un hotel familiar que llevan entre dos matrimonios, dos hermanas y sus maridos. Lo que otros viajeros denominan amabilidad, yo lo denomino exceso de melosidad...francamente cargantes las dos hermanas...en particular la rubia que fue la que nos recibio... Pesada hasta el aburrimiento. No necesito que me acompañe a la habitacion ni que por el camino me vaya explicando que en el hotel son una familia... Te acompaña hasta la habitacion y te explica el funcionamiento del aire acindicionado hasta la saciedad, que hay que meter la tarjeta para que funcione la luz y el botoncito que hay que pulsar para encender la television...francamente cargante... El desayuno normalito, ni bien ni mal...como en cualquier hotel, lo mas pesado es que te digan buenos dias 7 veces... La habitacion anticuada, ella la llamo "habitacion con muebles de epoca". El baño pequeño y con una ducha enana, que ademas solo tiraba el agua hacia un costado, asi que tenias que ducharte contra la pared. Francamente no vale lo que cobran por la habitacion, relacion calidad precio, nula. El camino de acceso al hotel es un terror de carretera...y no merece la pena subir hasta alli, para encontrarte con una familia excesivamente melosa y pesada, sobre todo ellas y el hotel no merece la pena. No volveria a alojarme aqui ni gratis.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Le personnel peut aussi donner de bonnes astuces pour se garer à côté de la villa Balbianello et de la villa Carlotta (à 5-10 minutes de voiture). Personnel très serviable et piscine agréable. L'hôtel sert aussi quelques plats le soir, ce qui permet de profiter de la terrasse avec vue sans avoir à ressortir.

Everything about our stay from the staff, to the property, to the room to the incredible views was everything we could have wanted and more. The family that owns the hotel also staff it. They treated us like one of the family, even giving us prosecco to help us celebrate our honeymoon. If we find ourselves in Tremezzo again, we will without a doubt be staying here.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!

This is a spectacular hotel owned by two sisters with family members working there as well. The owners are there and constantly cleaning. They offer a nice breakfast every morning over looking beautiful Lake Como. Be prepared to walk down which is not bad, about 15-20 minutes through the beautiful village. It is the up hill if you have difficulties or just take breaks. Also, there is parking if you rent a car. If you walk, you end up at a great place called Bar Roma where you can rest, eat and sip cocktails!! I hope to be back soon!

Wonderful family-run hotel in Tremezzina. It is a beautiful property with good sized clean rooms, a nice pool and a view that cannot be beat. The included breakfast is very good, as is the evening dinner service they offer. But waht really makes it a great place is the family that runs the hotel.

Fantastisk sted - alt spillede -perfekt og meget hjælpsom betjening - vi spiste på hotellet begge aftener - spisekortet er ikke stort, men alt er veltilberedt og meget billigt. Udsigten fra vores værelse og fra restauranten er helt fantastisk - vi kommer gerne tilbage.
