A small hotel in an up and coming area. A walkable neighborhood with markets, bakeries and food places. Lots of families walking around and it was close to public transportation. The hospitality of the receptionists there is one of the best. They also gave me replacement of the room from second day of my stay when I found the first room inconvenient. Located in convenient area. (but elevator had stopped for one night)
