La recepcionista muy amable y atenta, el hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor . Tenían purificador de aire en las entradas . Y forros protectores en las camas .

If ambience is what you seek then this is the perfect place to be! Location, culture, and shops nearby add to a great vacation spot. The rooms are clean, staff, efficient, and perfect continental breakfast but includes making your own waffles! I love the picnic tables outside the room, giving you an opportunity to experience a picnic environment but also the restaurants that are within walking distance. It’s by the Potomac River so a morning walk in fresh air includes a beautiful sunrise or sunset …are a wonderful addition.

The stay started with the amazing staff at the motel and they were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to park right at your door. It had a nice pool with the hotel. The beach is a stones throw away.

It's built as an affordable hotel, and that's what it is off-season. I waited for warm sunny days off-season and it's a good little spot. Restaurants in walk distance, beach very open after mid September. The restaurants do truncate their non summer hours. It seems well managed and clean but I was there when it was not busy. As long as you adjust expectations, this is a fine destination but it's a matter of personal taste - it is not an ocean getaway and it's not a fancy hotel.

The staff was amazing. Location couldn't have been any better! Of course there were a few little things that weren't "excellent" around the property but didn't bother us at all and didn't affect our stay. Can't wait until the next time we come to Colonial Beach. We will definitely stay here again. The staff made our stay a 10/10.

Where this place comes up a little short on amenities and updated rooms, it makes up for in location! Right on the beach at the top of the boardwalk, walking distance to several decent dining and nightlife options. Easy parking, friendly staff, and free breakfast was fine for the price!

We checked into the room and there was water on the floor in the bathroom and by mini fridge. There was black mold growing on the bathroom door. The bed appeared to be clean. The staff was nice but this hotel needs a remodel and deep clean.

There were no blankets in the room!! We had a thin bedspread and a sheet, and I froze all night and slept very poorly. There should be blankets!

Room was dated and in poor condition. Rusty tub drain, A/C sounded like a jet engine, toilet did not flush well, bugs in the room, stains on bedspread, etc. The location is great - right next to Colonial Beach and easy walk to many restaurants- but that does not overcome the poor condition of the room. I would not stay there again.

This is an older hotel, but in very good condition, clean and well maintained. It is right next to the beach and the walkway along Colonial beach. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. We made very good use of the large swimming pool. This in an excellent place for a family, or a couple. Much easier to get to, less crowded, and a lot less expensive than larger, more well-known beaches. It is also very close to Westmoreland State Park. Easy parking and good air conditioning.

The room my friend and I stayed in was really nice, clean and updated, parking was no problem, a/c worked great. We had everything we needed for the weekend. The 2 rooms on the end gives u somewhat of a nice view of the ocean (200 & 201) The pool was great and enjoyed meeting a lot of people that were staying at the hotel, at the pool. The front desk staff and I am assuming was the owners were awesome, very accommodating, friendly, made sure u were taken care of immediately if there was a need. I would recommend staying here with your visit to Colinial Beach.
