The rooms were were decent except for the black mold on the ceiling and the fact that we plugged or phones in and it tripped the breaker and then they would not come and fix it till around 10 the next morning. So I went all night and most of the morning with no power. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. When we thought we smelled burning wire earlier in the day they wrote it off. Then the breaker flipped and when we tried to ask about it they told us we were too much trouble and too many problems and they tried to make us leave. We stayed our 2nd night as there were no other vacancies bit I will never stay thee again and would not recommend. Other guest he cops there for fighting outside.it was a horrible stay.

First thing I noticed was that it was noisy and that management parked their personal vehicles, one under the canopy and the other in the handicap parking near the stairs. I stayed in one of the presidential suites. The toilet was so short that it appeared that it was meant for a child. I would not recommend this motel.

The toilet and bath tub wasn’t cleaned. The room was just plain dirty. The bedspread on one of the beds was bleached. The microwave had a large burn place on the front. The staff was friendly.

No hot water no matter the time of day. Stained sheets, towels & wash cloths. Room wasn’t very clean. No iron to go with the ironing board. Hangers were from Walmart clothing. Ice machine didn’t work. Property run down and room was nothing like the pictures. Bedding was a thin sheet and a very thin almost decorative sheet. Splatter marks on the wall that look like blood in the bathroom and vanity area almost like from needle spray. Only one plug in the room worked and every time the fridge condenser kicked on it shut the tv off

The property was unkempt, dirty with open garbage containers at the front of the property. Several individuals were sitting on outside stairwells smoking and hanging out. The smell of cleaner was so intense it activated a sneezing sensation. The room itself was called the ‘Presidential Suite’. I sat on the toilet and it moved and slammed into the wall behind. The room looked neat but was dirty, the bathroom door had droplets that needed wiping- can only image what created it. I had to leave, could not stay in that hotel.

Lady at the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied, that situation could have turned out to be TERRIBLE, if my 6 year old and I had opened that door and the person inside had a weapon we could have been hurt badly! Towels and rags had stains on them, bedding had cigarette burns in them. Not clean at all!

Upon initial checkin price was higher then what I booked but the young girl checking me in was very pleasant. You couldn't enter lobby next day however manager was a witch. Did not have a coffee pot. Top cover was like that of a drape and did not fit bed,and ac didnt work to well. Note: it is a pet friendly hotel accept theres a fee which is not advertised and a sign in lobby which is always locked so you can not see it

This was among one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There is no free breakfast (it was advertised), the lobby access was a small window that had to be slid open if you wanted to talk to someone. room had cobwebs and spiders on ceiling, carpet dirty, bathtub had hole in it. we were awoke at 1 am because of loud rap music, the room next to us had a guy who sat outside and smoked all the time. I have COPD an smoke came under the door. we got this room because it was close to our granddaughters and was not rated that badly. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, stayed 1 and ate the cost for the second night. They overcharged us when we checked in and the cost was not what the web site said when booked. Please go a few miles out of Trion and stay this place is not worth $20 a night let alone the $80 they charged us. I don't understand why cleaning a hotel room has to be such a big deal. Use a webster on the ceiling for heavens sake. We had to ask for a blanket because the bed had a very light thin sheet and cover that was like a hankerchief. I would like to give you something good about this place, but honestly I just cannot.

Dont stay here, I had paid for 12days, when we got there it was fine,got what I paid for, the cheapest room and hotel around.They ask if you want a smoking room or non smoking room but theres no differenceyou smell cigs and weed regardless and occasionallya roach or cricket would appearin the room. In the middle of our stay myself and my fiancé decided to go visit family a state over for a couple of days so we didnt check out, just packed our belongings and left unimportant or non valuables in the room with the intention of returning to our room, well about 4 days later we return to find our key doesn't work on the door and a little old lady was in the room and told us it was her room. So I went to the front desk and was met with attitude and confusion,They then tell me they knocked on our door and didnt get a response for 2 days and so they figured we'd left and moved someone else in, they then tried to tell me that I was supposed to tell them I was going to leave for a few days and then come back and thats why they gave my room away, because I didnt tell them I was leaving with the intention of coming back. They also locked us out again last night the day before departure. Requested a refund for the nights they took from me and was d they wouldn't because its not their fault they gave away the room I paid for in full upfront. Also barely any water pressure and the fridge barely works and the walls are thin as hell. But there were no bed bugs so they got that going for them
