Overall clean apartment for a reasonable price, located in a quiet but walkable area. However, I wish the curtains would have blocked the windows completely. From the outside, someone could easily have a glimpse inside your bedroom, especially when the lights are on. Other than that everything was to our satisfaction.

Great overall. However, the signs to find the property and my room was difficult to find. I arrived at night and the réponse to my WhatsApp messages was not that great. I looked for the building and my room for at least 30 minutes. Other than this, the place is clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.

Great value and room

Picked this hotel as stop gap after arriving into Seville late night before joining the rest of my party at an alternative hotel. Was pleasantly surprised - the room set over 2 floors was very modern, had everything we needed and the balcony meant that you actually saw daylight. Communication with the property was excellent and polite as I did badger them as to how I was going to gain entry arriving past 1.00 am in the morning. However, the codes provided worked perfectly and if it was just me and my partner would have happily stayed there.

The place could use a few rugs, the floors are marble (or stone?) and are absolutely freezing, the only heating options are two air conditioners, the one in the bedroom is so loud, it's impossible to sleep with (probably never maintained) There is a kitchenette with a fridge, but absolutely nothing except for two portions of coffee and a dishwasher pill (one)

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, es amplio, tranquilo, no se oía casi nada de fuera (daba a un patio), la cama muy cómoda. La zona está bastante bien, cerca de sitios para comer. No hay recepción, pero dan un código para poder acceder, y no tuvimos ningún problema con eso. En general todo muy bien.
