No one there at check in. I’d had a very long journey. Phoned the number on door, said he’d be 5 mins, took more like 30.

Recommend staying in your car rather than in this place. It smelled terrible as soon as I stepped outside my car, the check in desk was gross and dirty, also they don’t let you check out before 9 and the worse part is that they charge you on top of the booking amount for damages and refund you less then the damage among charged. A really sketchy motel overall.

Everything is good but l noticed that smoking in Front of your room is not good and if there is kids around not good at all . Then need a place we’re only smoker is aloud and stay there tell there done smoking overall it’s ok . Oo one more thing if you have a a big truck or a big vehicle then your going to have some problem getting in and out

We booked 3 rooms. Lock was not working in one of the rooms. We had to put our luggage infront of the door. Iron was missing in a room. Overall the experience was terrible. We won’t recommend this place.

Other than they charged me an extra 30.00 tax when we already paid tax on the expedia site. They never really gave an explantaion why. Expedia did reimburse and will watch the card for the deposuit they charged as the office wasnt open when we left. I felt that it was clean the rooms. A little noisy at night

I booked on Expedia. It said the total included all taxes. When I arrived the guy that finally checked me in (after I walked right past him to the desk and he ignored me for 5 minutes) told me I had to pay a 200 dollar deposit and the taxes. I told him I already paid the taxes and showed him my receipt.He said it didn't matter, that I still had to pay the taxes and to take it up with Expedia. Won't be staying there again.

Avoid this motel at all costs. The rooms were disgusting. There were bugs in the shower, stains on the beds etc.. The staff weren't helpful at all, the owner tried to put us in a smaller room that wasn't the room we paid for, and the rooms keys didn't even work, but he switched us to our paid for room in the end but it was kind of sleepy. plus check in took the owner half an hour. All in this this place was terrible and honestly someone should call the health department on them

The staff were rude and unprofessional. They were not accommodating, and I was charged a $310 deposit but only received $300 back with no clear explanation for the missing $10. Overall, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Canada. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be coming back.

I was wondering why we are charged 2x for the tax. Expedia charge me and when i checked in the hotel charged me again for the tax. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking.

One of the rooms (#116), that we had booked was in terrible condition. Looked like it had never been upgraded. in the bathroom, there was exposed pipes and a hole in the wall. Second room we booked (#109) had been upgraded but the bathroom tub/shower had no grab bars and very high sides so treacherous for seniors. There was no shampoo or soap provided. We were told to bring an ice bucket to get ice at front desk. There were no ice buckets in the room. The pool was dirty. The front desk clerk was surly, not friendly at all. The furniture outside the room was extremely worn & cigarette scarred. I would not recommend the motel.
