Personal sehr freundlich und tierlieb. Als sich im Bad die Duschstange unerwartet aus der Wand löste, reagierte das Team professionell und setzte den Schaden noch am selben Tag wie von geisterhand wieder in Stand. Sonderwünsche wegen Allergie bei Speisen wurden berücksichtigt und Alternativen in windeseile gefunden. Die Mitarbeiter sind ein starkes Team und sehr erfahren. Auf diesem Level kenne ich das nicht bei einem ***Hotel. Mit diesen Kräften liegt man im 4* bereich. Zimmer und Ambiente sind aber ein 3* Hotel würdig. Komme gerne wieder hier her.
