This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Throughout the entire night, I had to call the staff five times because the door of an empty nearby room was constantly opening and slamming shut due to the wind. The problem was never properly resolved, making it impossible to sleep. The complete lack of action and responsibility was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, although breakfast was clearly included in our booking, there was no breakfast prepared at all in the morning. We were forced to leave the property without any explanation, apology, or attempt to fix the situation.
This stay showed a serious lack of professionalism, basic hospitality, and respect for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
