The hotel is located at a very convenient Susukino area right above the train station where you can find the supermarket, Starbucks, convenience store, and other shops and restaurants.
That is probably the only highlight of this hotel, unfortunately, as described by some reviewers.
The room amenities are at its minimal. They provide toothbrushes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also provide tea kettle, and two mugs. That's all. If you need plates and others, you must ask for them from downstairs.
As for housekeeping, I stayed 3 nights and requested daily housekeeping everyday by placing the magnet outside the door.
I stayed at the Corner Deluxe Twin room which gives you the access to the spa but spa looked like most bathhouses you can find in Asia. They did have Dyson hairdryer at the spa and provided a freezer with ice cream.
The breakfast buffet was a joke. Looked elaborate but not much going on there.
I understand this is only a 4 star hotel but it didn't feel like it. I would go here only for its convenient location.
