Amazing place for a weekend. Beautiful place, nicely furnished, good kitchen and great location. Will definitely return. Only issues we had was soundproofing from above. Parking is also awkward, especially if there is a large vehicle is in the middle parking spot. Ended up leaving our car on the road overnight. Highly recommend overall.

Very cute apartment style hotel - great high ceilings. 15 minute walk from the waterfront and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Check in was easy and parking was close by.

Although we experienced a couple of issues upon arrival, including our assigned parking space being occupied and some difficulties with the automated check-in process, we were very pleased with how promptly and helpfully your staff resolved them. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the bottles of wine. It was a lovely touch and demonstrated that you genuinely cared about making our stay a positive experience. Thank you for your attentive service and for turning what was a frustrating arrival into a pleasant stay. We truly appreciated your efforts.

Parking can be a bit tricky. A map of where to park would be most helpful. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Extremely clean which was nice. And some nice extras like robes.

We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.

This was our first time at Colby House although we have stayed at 3 other properties owned by this company. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. I hope to stay here again when we are in Kingston.

Beautiful apartment, kitchen was supplied with everything, well situated, parking was easy. My only issue was communications. I wanted to use a debit card and was told to call a number to set up. I did, and a month later, after the cancellation deadline I was told they couldn’t process debit cards. For management the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet were not optimally working. Sink was slow draining and toilet water in tank was running and had to be adjusted several times in order to get a good flush.

Very convenient to leave the car parked and walk into town and the waterfront. Apartment is very cute, clean, quiet and great to have a supply of coffee already there. Windows in sink area needs blinds to keep heat and brightness from the sun out. No privacy on the lower section of windows in front of sink. Obtaining the key to the apartment through their system is a little confusing, On checkout, the key needed to be left in same place but the system would not work. Had to leave key in apartment and text to let them know where it was.
