Lovely place and very convenient

This location is probably great for younger people. As a Senior Citizen, it is not as convenient as it sounds. The walk to the airport is NOT right across the street. 400 meters is a long way for an older person. The 5 euro wine in the minifridge tasted like ass - Bring your own. The worst part was that we drove around for hours trying to find it. It is very well hidden, and the GPS (Satnav) takes you to an alley. The property needs a bigger sign or needs to be more clearly marked. Would not stay here again.

Super convenient for airport travel. A quick 5 min walk to the airport. Very easy check-in process. Morning breakfast opened at 4am which was great for our early flight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The walk from the airport to this place was around 6-7 minutes which was very convenient. The layout was very nice set up as terminal and airport theme. Our suite had family room with sofa bed and tv and beds upstairs and a small area with necessities like microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge. The breakfast was included and the breakfast area was themed as the airport as well with our terminal alphabets on the table to sit along with a garbage disposable bin set as the cart which the air hostess serves food and drinks and is actually in the plane. The checkout was easy as well as we just had to clip the keys ( which were again themed) as seat belts in the plane so we just had to click on it to leave the keys… again very creative and on top of it very convenient!

I wasn’t expecting such a large space. Very clean. Check in was seamless. If you need to stay close to the airport become your next flight this is the place to stay. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

Terminal One was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay! Just a short walk to the airport in Naples, it made our travel smooth and stress-free. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were settled into our room right when we arrived, which we truly appreciated. No elevator

It was not mentioned on their website that there was no elevator. It’s an airport hotel and we have big suitcases and had to struggle with getting our suitcases up the stairs. Being in our 70’s, this was very difficult.

Perfect place to stay for an early flight. It’s a 5 minute walk to the airport. The autonomous arrival was very well explained and went perfectly well. Breakfast is basic but appreciable when you leave early. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Thanks Alessandro

This is an automated hotel. No front desk. The check in instructions did not work and did not include a phone number for help. We found a phone number and got in but not with out stress.

This location is within walking distance to the airport. There are not a lot of restaurant options close to the property, but it is perfect if you have an early morning flight. Would be even better if they had better mattresses.

Just a few hundred yards from the Naples Airport it is the perfect place to stay when you have a early morning flight. It's clean and breakfast is included and served from 4 am! Nothing much nearby except the airport, which does have a food court.

Really convenient location, walking distance to the airport. Communication was great, and they let us drop off our bags early before the room was ready. The staff were also amazing! The lady onsite went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, she was very helpful.

Difficult to find - did not understand how check In worked. Bottle of wine in the ice box was bad. Once we figured things out we felt better. worked because we had a VERY early flight.
