Beautiful property and very clean and organized. The room was incredible! Bed was extremely comfortable. I loved everythingthing about it. I was nervous the self check-in would be too complicated but it went very smoothly. The one staff member I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurant Brither Fox so hopefully next time I will. My band played a venue close by and when we play there again I will definitely be booking here. All around great experience!

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is also very quiet. It was nice having the restaurant downstairs for evening meals. It's not too far from the beach and it's less than 5 minutes away from the downtown area. I would stay here again. One callout - sometimes the water pressure can be an issue and I wished the typewriter had ink as that would have been a great keepsake from travels.

The design is beautiful and good location. It was loud next to the common area at night. All self check in. Good quality instant coffee, filtered water, nice design touches. Terrible pillows though and a little small on the room and loud next to the common area. Good value though! I was traveling for work, and I dont know I will stay again for a work trip, but for a personal trip I think it could be great!

In all our years of travel, absolutely the best hidden gem of a hotel we’ve ever come across. The restaurant, the staff, the speakeasy, the reading lounge, the location. The perfect hotel for ALL our needs. We will be back. You can not go here just once.

We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.

Lilly Hall was awesome, great food from the Brother Fox, very thoughtful room design, the bathroom was a resort all on its own. If you’re going to Pensacola and want to stay somewhere with character and class, book Lilly Hall.

Virtual check in was pretty obnoxious. It's just not a welcoming experience to a property at this price point. Also, no on site breakfast or even like a coffee bar. Honestly the only employees on site are working at the restaurant, and only in the evenings. It's basically a shared air bnb. Oh and the pillows were awful.

Location was great due to proximity to downtown. The rooms were stellar. Great property. We ate at Brother Fox and loved our stay.
