We can all make mistakes and I understand that it is not always the fault of the staff if somethings are not working but then at least apologize.
Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay from the 15-18 of January.
5x - gave up on finding anyone in the reception although it was supposed to be 24/7
4x - my keycard had to be re-configured because it had stopped working
2x - the sauna was cold
1x - I asked for late checkout but it was not put into the system so the cleaner tried to kick me out of the room
1x breakfast ended at 10.00 but already 9.20 Saturday morning there were no more pancakes, cakes, croissants and cheese
Sometimes you got an apology from the staff and other times they seemed not really to care.
The bed was soft which is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel unfortunately.
