I am writing to share my feedback regarding my family’s recent stay at your hotel. While the room itself was acceptable, there were several issues that made our experience very disappointing:
1. Breakfast for children: My niece, who is 5 years old, was not included in the breakfast information or arrangements. Usually, hotels inform guests about children’s meals, but this was not done.
2. Staff conduct: The staff member assisting us mentioned they would “just watch” my niece while she ate. This was awkward and unprofessional, as children need to eat comfortably without being observed. Even though they said they would “just pay,” this was still unacceptable.
3. Room condition: The room smelled of smoke even though it was listed as non-smoking.
4. Lack of action: Despite raising concerns, no action was taken to address any of the issues.
5. Family experience: My sister and her family did not enjoy the food, and instead of being guided professionally, they received unprofessional behavior from the staff.
6. Special occasion ruined: My nephew’s birthday celebration was negatively affected due to the overall poor service and staff attitude.
7. Overall experience: Overall, the service did not meet our expectations for a family-friendly hotel.
