Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I arrived, the reception desk was unattended, which made check-in unnecessarily difficult. While waiting, I also witnessed the owner arguing with another customer in the lobby, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The room itself had several issues. One of the seats was broken, and the sofa bed hadn’t even been set up — it was still in a cardboard box, leaning against the wall as if it was waiting to be assembled. Overall, the room gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly checked or maintained.
On top of this, there was no access to the gym as advertised, and there were multiple other maintenance problems throughout the property.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously improves its customer service and addresses the many maintenance concerns.
