The receptionist was very grumpy on our arrival and anything i asked was met with a negative attitude, so much so my college commented on this to me that he got the same feeling. We have a corporate account with the hotel, yet when i asked things about this, again i got a negative attitude and felt as thou i shouldn't ask. When i got to my room - i felt the look of the bed and bedding was cheap and uninviting, and it felt as it looked. Also i appreciate the restaurant / bar area is being changed, but the whole place look so uninviting and during breakfast my table was sticky and both my cutlery and napkin was sticking to the surface. it looked clean but it clearly wasnt clean
