Hotel in general was clean and well kept. My room (mainly the bathroom) was pretty nasty…the toilet had visible growth under the interior lip where the water flows out to rinse it. No, I didn’t look for it, it was so nasty it could be seen standing at the door to the bathroom. The bathtub and drain inside it didn’t look like they had been cleaned in several months (years?). Out key cards kept inactivating and the person at the front desk assumed it was our fault for having the cards too close to our phones…even tho the extra key that I JUST got from him wasn’t working. After about the 8th key reactivating, he said “maybe it needs new batteries”, but didn’t bother to check them while we were there (2 nights) to fix the hassle.
Should have only been given one star, but the next closest hotel/motel was 9 miles away.
