I stayed for 5 nights with my 6-year-old daughter, and we left extremely satisfied. The hotel manager, Oliver, is truly an amazing person. It’s clear that he loves his job. He personally welcomes you upon arrival and visits every table during breakfast each morning to make sure everything is going well. He doesn’t just supervise as a manager; he actively supports the team and is always willing to help with everything. His professionalism and kindness are reflected to his entire team. All staff members are genuinely warm and polite, always doing their best to make you feel comfortable and happy. Breakfast is selected from a menu, and everything we tried was delicious, carefully prepared, and presented with a level of attention worthy of a Michelin-starred experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and everywhere smells wonderful. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to everywhere.
