Totally great for overnight stopping through, but not as great as a lot of the other Marriott properties I've been to. I'd still recommend it though! I especially loved the full fridge to store my cooler stuff!

Found a hair in my bed when I turned down bedsheets and left hair on bathroom vanity in clear view. Called front desk and was given all new bed sheets -- I just slept on top of bed with blanket - did not change sheets. And was told to speak with front desk when checking out. Upon doing so, I was offered Mariott points but was told that was all that employees could do. I'm not a Mariott member so guess I'll try to speak to manager in next few days to request monetary compensation........very disappointed.

This is an older property but the beds are comfortable and clean and the staff are so friendly. There wasn't a lot to their continental breakfast: quiche, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. I will say however that they had an amazing amount of toppings available for the oatmeal and yogurt. There was also fresh coffee, tea bags, hot water and all the fixings. We only stayed for a night but because each room is a suite you could always cook up your own meals if you're staying longer. Our door stuck pretty bad so I had to put my shoulder into it to open it but my husband could open it ok. All in all I think it's a good place, especially if you plan on staying for a while.

Canceled my reservation with no notice.

Never in my life have I showed up to a hotel reservation only to be told it was cancelled because it was overbooked until this trip. After arriving at 11pm with 2 tired kids and some confusion from the staff, they booked me for a one night stay at another hotel even though I had pre-paid for a 3 night stay. I did get my money back from hotels.com but that was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a pre-booked pre-paid hotel.

BEAUTIFUL... KIND STAFF... with the exception of 1

Hidden gem. I was skeptical about this booking, however, after trusting the 9.2 reviews gave it a chance. I called the front desk about a 1bdrm suite on the 4th floor. Without hesitation it was confirmed and assigned once my booking came through. This property is VERY well kept. Amanda was so sweet during check in. It was FREEZING and POURING down rain on NYE. We made it to our 4th floor purposely looking at the cleanliness of the elevator, hallways, and room - win win. My ONLY complaint was our seat cushion had white stains & one small dark stain that should have easily been wiped out with detergent & towel. Called front desk, Amanda showed concern by sending the house keeping Supervisor up. This is where it went DOWN hill. He came to the door with his mask pulled down. I asked him to pull it up (especially with an infant present). He proceeds to walk into the room & stands in the middle of the lvg rm, asking what was wrong THEN pulled it up after I asked again. I show him the stains & how dirty the phone receiver was (on the ear piece) which gave him an attitude "so what do you want me to do, do you want to check out?" Instead of just offering to wipe both. We go back down where I'm telling Amanda what happend and he proceeds to get combative. Tina steps in and offers to show me a 3rd flr ste. I decline due to dirty seat cushions. I said I would just wipe everything down. She apologized giving me a blanket to cover it up. Stay was GREAT, quiet, & relaxing. Will book again

My A/C in my room did not work at all. It was so hot in my room I had to open the window. My shower curtain had mildew on it. The first time I opened the closet door the handle came off and i wasn’t being rough with the door knob. I’m also very certain that they gave me the wrong room.
