My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned before any guest arrived. There were two light bulbs out in the master bathroom and one out in the guest bathroom. The owner or management company should send someone to do a walk through after housekeeping leaves because they are not doing a quality job cleaning and I’m sure they pay a lot and expect to have a clean condo ready for each guest. The master bed had a mattress cover on it that felt like sleeping on a trash bag. It was so loud I ended up having to take it off because we kept waking each other up when we moved. It definitely has 5 star potential but they are missing on the cleanliness and at this point they just need to spend the money to replace the fridge. Call center people were quick to respond, local team seems nice and tried to make up for the shortcomings. All the issues are things that should have been handled before we even checked in though.
