Apon arriving Staff was not available to greet or welcome in for over 30 mins.. second the rooms were not cleaned tub had dirt in it.. locks on doors were not secure hard to enter not to mention key card entry do not work properly !!! I do not recommend this property to no one

Stay at this location 3xs an each time I was being scammed for using a debt card extra fees I was not aware of.. nor brought to my attention! Each time this is really sad ... The property manager is very Rude I tried to over look his way of customer service, very poorly~ Be aware future renters this property has hidden agenda's

This hotel is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. Front desk worker at check in was very polite. Front desk worker at check-out was a little rude and seemed very annoyed that I interrupted her to check out. Rooms are run down a bit, and the furniture was even marked for removal. Lights didn't work in the main room. Phone was broken. Toilet leaked. But on the other hand, there were no bugs and the bed was made. All in all, this isn't a nice place, but it's also not an awful one, and the price is very reasonable. If all you're looking for is a bed and a shower while on the road (which is all I was looking for), then this place will deliver. If you're looking to take the family on vacation, find somewhere else.

We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour

There was no TV in the room, it wasn't clean. We brought blankets and pillows to cover the bed. I didn't see any bugs which is the only reason we stayed. Staff was great, easy to work with and pretty funny. I knew it wasn't going to be great by the pictures and reviews but it was booked last minute out of desperation and the place cost 1/3 or less than anything else for the weekend due to the festival so you get what you pay for... The bus stop right out front was really helpful and a huge plus. There was not many outlets in the room and they were used by the 2 lamps, microwave, and mini fridge which worked but the lamps were definitely a fire hazard.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! When I arrived, the place looked absolutely nothing like the pictures and on the website. This hotel was definitely in a bad part of Columbus. Pretty much look like a bunch of crackheads were using the rooms. When I was given my room, I discovered that I discovered that the room was absolutely not a place where anyone should be accommodated. The door to the room didn’t seal all the way to the ground so you could see that outside so that means any kind of bug could crawl in underneath the door. To top it off, I found dead bugs in the room also discovered that the bathroom door did not have a door knob. The ceiling had black mold. There was no toilet paper and I found someone else’s pubic hair on the ground. After that, I was terrified to even touch the bed given that when I gently touched it, I can feel plastic on the bed. This place would not help me with getting a refund and when I went to this company about it, they couldn’t do it either, but give me a $25 towards a next hotel reservation to another place. I thought this was very poorly handled, especially when I didn’t even stay one night over the three days that I booked.

There is a reason why when you walked in they say to cash app them the $50. There’s a reason that when you walk in to the room, it smells like smoke because when you leaving all of your stuff will be smelling like smoke just pulling up to the location it looks abandoned that should’ve told you to leave, but you cannot leave simply because it is nonrefundable at the moment that you booked so unless you’re willing to waste money and either way you’re gonna be wasting money, I had no Wi-Fi in there smell like smoke that I could not get rid of the train was so loud you can hear every single person in different room the smell I am telling you I do not smoke so the smell was so awful cockroaches. The amount of cockroaches in the room is ridiculous. They crawl on the bed. They crawl all over the floor they’re everywhere in the hotel absolute a hot mess so to summit up it smells like smoke It is covered up with cockroaches. There is no Wi-Fi the train pass every two seconds that shake the room and it is very very loud two out of 10

This property was old and had weekly people renting there. There was a humming all night in my room. The room felt stark. I stayed in the back opposite the part that closed down and I felt a bit isolated. The check in area also was small with an old sofa sitting there.

A work-in-progress, but clean, quiet, affordable.

If you are looking for super inexpensive, this is for you. For less than half the price of a downtown hotel, I stayed in a clean, quiet, everything-works motel. The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. So if working class neighborhood works for you and your budget is tight, my room came with free WiFi, fridge, microwave, TV screen. Free coffee in the morning. I'd stay there again.

you’re a solo female traveler don’t go here. First huge red flag was that I had to send a venmo for my security deposit. I asked if I could go get cash and was told no. I should have cancelled and left right then. Then they moved my room from the second floor to the first which is scarier for me. Then my room number was told to me loudly in front of three men in the lobby that I didn’t know. Then I get to the room and the thing that’s on the top of the door to catch the door if it opens is broken. And the door doesn’t look sturdy. And the door was hard to latch so the wind even blew it open. I left within 15 mins to go to walmart to buy things to barricade the door which is where I decided to just not go back because I didn’t feel safe. They only refunded half my stay and refuse to refund the security deposit even though I left pretty much instantly and never stayed there.

The train track was right next to the property and was very busy. First impression of the property is they cater to homeless, so they had many rules up front you normally don't see and they required a $50 cash deposit. Some of the buildings were actually condemed. But I must say, as a single older female, I felt safe. However I did bring my bicycle in.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel.

Not in the best area. We understood that they are doing some remodeling in one of the buildings so people working on that were staying there. Took 30 minutes to check in, lady was nice. Upon entering our room we found some type of pill on the chair, and a bed bug on the floor of the bathroom. We told the owner and lady at the check in desk and our money was refunded. While leaving we saw a guy who was going to the same festival as us who was checking in. Saw him the next day at the festival and they rented out our bed bug room to him.
