They turned me away. I had a valid reservation. They were telling me that I canceled my reservation but couldn't give me the date in which I did so and then they proceeded to give the last room to someone that came in after me.

Tried to checkin for a pre-booked room and they told me they were full. I didn’t back down so they came up with a room. Rude signage everywhere saying if you make a complaint, they will charge you. Walked into the room and felt something crawling on my neck. Felt around and didn’t find anything so I took my hat off, cockroach fell out. Couple more cockroaches in the room after that.

Rooms are tolerable for one night. Expensive for what it was. Amenities are not guaranteed, and cleaning is questionable. Staff are nice and helpful.

Staff was able to help with everything I needed. Property looked like they were trying there best to restore it, just not quite there yet.

The entire property was disgusting! The shower sprayed water everywhere, the toilet clogged up and their were homeless people and drug addicts everywhere. I would NEVER stay at this place again

at arrival, the room was not available. The exterior rooks terrible. The worst experience ever
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

They had no room available on arrival. There was a line out the door to even get to the front desk. I canceled my reservation because they didn’t know if they could get a room in time. I honestly would avoid if possible, seemed really sketchy.

This hotel is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. Front desk worker at check in was very polite. Front desk worker at check-out was a little rude and seemed very annoyed that I interrupted her to check out. Rooms are run down a bit, and the furniture was even marked for removal. Lights didn't work in the main room. Phone was broken. Toilet leaked. But on the other hand, there were no bugs and the bed was made. All in all, this isn't a nice place, but it's also not an awful one, and the price is very reasonable. If all you're looking for is a bed and a shower while on the road (which is all I was looking for), then this place will deliver. If you're looking to take the family on vacation, find somewhere else.

Roaches all over the room. I didn’t even stay the full night after one crawled on me. I drove home on 2 hours of sleep after a music festival. The staff was great, the owner has a great personality but the rooms were atrocious.

We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour

It was a good place I would stay again they are under construction but it didn’t affect anything can’t wait to see it when it’s done

There was no TV in the room, it wasn't clean. We brought blankets and pillows to cover the bed. I didn't see any bugs which is the only reason we stayed. Staff was great, easy to work with and pretty funny. I knew it wasn't going to be great by the pictures and reviews but it was booked last minute out of desperation and the place cost 1/3 or less than anything else for the weekend due to the festival so you get what you pay for... The bus stop right out front was really helpful and a huge plus. There was not many outlets in the room and they were used by the 2 lamps, microwave, and mini fridge which worked but the lamps were definitely a fire hazard.
