I booked two rooms through Hotels.com for my daughter’s birthday and requested connecting rooms by contacting the hotel directly. Unfortunately, I received conflicting information each time I called—first being told to wait 24 hours, then to call back on the day of arrival, and finally that my reservation could not accommodate connecting rooms unless rebooked (with no refund). This was very disappointing and placed us in a difficult situation.
At check-in, the front desk provided inconsistent information regarding the room locations, which added to the frustration. In addition, the property itself did not meet expectations. There were no ice or vending machines available for guest use, our key cards stopped working during the night, and the pool was not well maintained.
Overall, the lack of consistency and customer service, combined with below-average amenities, made for a poor experience. I would not recommend this property.
