The desk clerk was very nice! Bed was comfortable. Room had a smell, there was an air freshener attached to the conditioner- way too strong! Storm window is off the track, remote control barely worked (we tried new batteries, no change) the door unlocked ok, but there’s a problem with the door handle - doesn’t always want to open. New tub enclosure is nice.

Stayed here again for a job I had in the buffalo area, again Mona and her staff were very welcoming to having me stay again. I appreciate the hard work her and her staff show on keeping the building clean and organized. If I’m in this area working Mona and her staff at budget Inn definitely have my companies business. Air conditioner worked great. Someone was smoking weed. Breakfast time was too short. Need ashtrays outside all doors, there were cigarette butts on the grounds by the doors.
