We arrived an hour early for check-in and asked if we could check-in early, and was told that they were booked the night before so, "no". Not even, "There will be a charge of..." that was okay, nonetheless. The pool was closed for maintenance, we would have liked to know this before hand so our toddler wouldn't be so disappointed. Overall, the property looked like they were attempting to update an old motel to a chic hotel, and doing a good job. The staff did seem to care about the place, which was very nice to see and hear. There were great features too, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The place was clean.

Very satisfied with our stay here. The property is comfortable and quiet, pet friendly and included both a jetted tub and a sauna in the room. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was pretty clean, was a dark mark on the sheets like a pen had exploded somewhere in the washer/dryer. We came in to the room and the bathroom sink was running and luckily we got in there in time to turn it off and open the drain to prevent a flood. Staff was super friendly and super busy, they deserve nothing but respect for all they do! We always saw them doing something and keeping busy so we appreciated it. Overall would stay again!!!

I saw some of the negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but everything was great! We did online check in, our room was ready on time, and it was very nice! My only complaint was that the fridge had open items left by a previous guest. Otherwise, we loved the jetted tub and sauna, the bed was comfortable, and everything else was fine. Checked out online as well. I would definitely stay here again! And being pet friendly, maybe next time I'll bring my dog!
