Location of the hotel was good. Overall clean. Parking is opposite and £10 for 24 hr or hourly in parking behind hotel. Check in was easy. VIP free drink unlike other hotels were restricted in choice. MAJOR PROBLEM: The room sink was blocked and leaking and the main light not working. I could not fill the kettle with water for coffee. When I complained, just a smile and thank you for letting us know - no apologies - nothing.

Everything was very nice and clean. Our room smelled wonderful, like fabric softener. We would especially like to thank the cleaning staff. My humble suggestions would be not to use a shower curtain and to provide a toilet brush. The location was also very good — the hotel was very close to the exam center, and there were cafés and markets nearby where you could find breakfast and coffee early in the morning.
