Very clean rooms with a perfect view. Bathroom is excellent with a true and good shower (No bathtub/shower). The room itself may need a little refresh as, although clean, is a little tired. Furniture, doors and deco are old and have seen better days. Servi-bar is full with soft drinks and few snacks. Doble windows insure good noise and temp insulation. AC is again, a little tired and old.
Exceptional balcony view. Palm trees give it an exotic feel.

Hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds, great walkable neighborhood, no more than a 15 minute walk from two nearby train stations which will take you to Monaco, Nice, or Ventimiglia.
