Check in was quick and easy, the power was off; however that was behind their control as it was island wide & the property has a generator so we were able to get comfortable. This is my second time booking at this property I will be back

Fantastic hotel near the water. You could watch the sea from the top deck. Have a drink or start your day with coffee. Open ocean, teal waters with an amazing sunset view. Family owned feel. I felt safe at this hotel. Quiet. Very accommodating; I called the owner who also rented me a vehicle from their business a few doors down. She answered all of my questions and explained how to get around town to all of my site seeing destinations. I can’t wait to go back!! -Jessica Joy

Parking didn't really exist, our room had no hot water and when we reached out we were met with no response from property.

No issues, walking distance to a great beach. Our room was clean, there was a lot of construction happening on the property but the workers were super respectful and I think the building will look really nice. One thing I didn’t notice is that they do have a car to rent for cheaper than the airport has so that’s a good perk. Some people said their A/C didn’t work but everything in our room was fine.

No one there to check us in. The so-called office had lights out and a locked door. Not a safe place for a family. Low lighting. Thankfully, the taxi driver stuck around long enough for us to realize that we had to go somewhere else. Please refund my money. We had to stay in another equally terrible and unsafe place.

The first night, there was no electricity. For the first three days, there was no Wi-Fi. There was also no air conditioning during the first day and night. They never answered the phone or responded when we tried to contact them. When I arrived for check-in, no staff member showed up, and another guest staying at the property had to help me get in. Several of the advertised amenities and equipment were not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The place itself was not bad, but the service was terrible and made the entire stay unpleasant.
