Gem of a hotel

The one two four hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, it is so good we stayed twice within a couple of days. The staff are lovely and so friendly, the bed is so comfy and probably one of the best beds I have ever slept in, the shower is simply amazing, it is one of the best showers I have ever had, we loved the decor in the hotel and the ceiling speakers were a amazing addition to our journey. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we next visit Ghent as it was great.

Meer dan de moeite waard!

Een bijzondere fijne tijd gehad, mooie kamer, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en een kok die een heerlijk omeletje heeft gemaakt en een heerlijke wafel, THANK YOU ASHIK. helemaal TOP. De Spa voor twee personen was erg fijn.
Dat is nog eens een omeletje!

Not a lot of Spa …

Quite nice but understaffed and more like a B&B - naming it Hotel & Spa is exaggerated as there is a two person mini spa area which you can only use after reservation which is not communicated.
