Gale Miami is a brand-new and modern building with spacious, beautiful rooms—if you choose the right category. The design has a distinctly Scandinavian touch, which makes sense given the Norwegian ownership. Our room had a stunning view of Bayside, adding a special touch to the experience.
This was our second visit to the hotel, this time as a family of four, including two kids—an eleven-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl. The hotel is undeniably popular but also clearly understaffed. Parking is available for a modest $55 per day for hotel guests (a bit sarcastic here). Breakfast can be purchased in the café or restaurant and delivered to your room, but be prepared for long lines and a crowd during busy hours.
The staff genuinely do their best to assist guests, which we appreciated. It’s a great place to spend time with your family, especially since the rooms are spacious and still feel very fresh. However, I hope the housekeeping team gets additional support soon. Otherwise, I fear they’ll burn out, and the hotel’s lovely condition might deteriorate over time.
