The room itself was clean and the staff were lovely and communicative (over WhatsApp - they have limited hours on site). Close to Termini station. Our bathtub was severely plugged and it already wasn’t the cleanest, making it difficult to shower well without standing in a pool of dirty water. We did tell reception about it in the morning. There is also a plastic mattress protector under the sheets which made it noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Really enjoyed our stay here. I can’t remember the girl that checked us in, she had glasses and was young, she made our stay. She knew who we were before checking in. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and the accommodated us for an early check in. Room felt very clean and location was very central. I wish I booked this hotel on my way out of Rome as well. There was a really yummy bakery recommended to us by the front desk girl right on the same street we went to twice.
