O prédio é muito seguro, fica localizado numa ladeira. Pontos negativos: a cama parece um solteirão, dorme 2 pessoas apertadas. Não tem saboneteira pra por o sabonete dentro do chuveiro e não tem blackout na persiana, quando amanhece, o quarto fica muito claro!
