The room they gave us was horrible. The ac leaked constantly, the furniture had paint marks, some walls and baseboards were scuffed, master bathroom door did not close, no closet space in master bedroom, the room was in desperate need of upkeep. Spoke with hotels.com representatives various times and nothing was done, the front was asking for an additional $200 to move to another room.
Horrible no hot water to shower or shave the whole week and no management to talk to and no one seemed to care worst place I have ever stand I have traveled a lot and all over the with have disputed our payment with AMEX CC
Stay was good . View was semi beautiful! . Next construction is going on . No sounds but but blocks the view . One of the master bathroom was not draining water during shower , also no exhausts in restrooms for such small bathroom. Other than this , we liked the place.
Customer service wasnāt the best waited 45 mins after check in time then wasnāt properly informed of any hotel details felt whooshed away after waiting so long for my keys. Valet was terrible. Hotel appt was beautiful and great views of the beach.
The penthouse was not up to a standard we expected
I caught my toe nail on the flooring and it took some of my nail off which has now cracked and removed half my nail

There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa we had to go down the reception twice to request
We were given some very unpleasant sheets and a thin blanket not really a blanket more of a throw but were told pillows would follow about an hour later they did bring pillows and a blanket but thankfully we had some blankets and pillows in our car my husband walked down and got but there should have been in the unit and after the first request 2 hours later they were not delivered and we had to ask yet again!
We rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. When we arrived the apartment was dirty and the sofas were dirty and full of stains. The staff was not helpful and Expedia did nothing to help.
