This property has no signage what so ever stating Indy Hotel. Sketchy, sketchy area, first room they gave us we could get in to without a keycard, just turn the knob. The itemized replacement list posted was an interesting art option. Despite all of the postings about no smoking you were sure to have a contact buzz before leaving.

Better than I expected for the price. This place was a nice hotel that has not had maintenance for years (some of the cosmetic things are slowly falling apparet) and the staff does not do anything for you ... but for the price is still rather nice.

This property has a plethora of staged reviews for anything above 1-2 stars. The photos provided are accurate but they don't consider what the state of the beds are. The first room they put me in had a terribly stained mattress, along with a mysterious stain on the carpet next to the bedside table. When they provided me with another room to inspect I found bed bugs immediately on the sheets of the new bed. I promptly turned around and asked for my refund

Holes in walls, carpets, and ceilings. Roaches in the rooms. Did not receive a key card for the room. Staff unhelpful. Like they didnt know what they were doing. Chemical smell in the rooms. Lookes like an abandoned hotel with an updated lobby

is in an unsafe area. plus the staff was uncourteous and we were unable to contact them that we were arriving late as a result they canceled our reservation for not show.

Don’t turn the light off in bathroom otherwise you’ll have a few friends on the counter and floor. By friends I mean roaches..plural. Cold shower with low water pressure. A lot of homeless walking through parking lot. Small big towel

No ac in our room, it was super hot when we walked in. Checked the vent to find the filters were extremely clogged which would explain no air flow. It was clean but did smell like cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. I didn’t even want to bother asking to change rooms and deal with the possibility of getting another room with the same defects. My husband agreed it was best to just book an air bnb and call it a day. We were tired and jet legged traveling from Las Vegas so we packed our bags back up and took the loss on what we paid for the room. Guy up front was nice overall but definitely did not expect to be put into a room with no ac.

No hot water
Upon arriving I was asked if it would b a problem if we had no hot water in the rooms. I told them that was unacceptable and I asked for a refund.i was told I should see it within 5 business days.
