I have stayed at an Aloft a few times, was extremely disappointed with this stay !! Their website shows they offered hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. After a long day and drive to hotel, after checking in I went down to the bar for a drink and a small bite to eat. Was brought to my attention that there was no food service, I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel if I wanted to order food. Very inconvenient for your guests. The following morning wanting to check out, no one was at the service desk to check out. Knocked on the office door, no one answered. Therefore I just walked out, without checking out. As did another guest looking to checkout. With this all being said, I will not be staying at the Aloft at BWI nor any other Aloft in the future. Extremely disappointed guest !!
