I stayed twice at this hotel and had a terrible experience both times! On the first stay, they acted weird when I asked for my breakfast, even though I had already paid for it. On the second stay, after checking in, within 1 hour I was told to pay more for the room or be moved to a lower room. I have no idea why, because I was in the room I paid for. They simply wanted to extort money from me, which I refused. I was then threatened and moved into a coffin room without AC, WiFi or a working light! Terrible and shame on the management.

I booked online through expedia and once there was told it didn't show paid in the system. Had to pay again, more money than before because it was so late at night after a long day travel n i was just to tired to keep debating

I was so disappointed. They seem offended that we booked through Expedia. They placed us in a room that the Airconditioner was not cooling, it was just the fan that was working. When we told them about it, they just looked at it and did not make any effort to get the AC working or place us in another room. For the six nights we stayed we slept in heat. In expedia the hotel package included breakfast, but they insisted that we did not pay for breakfast and refused offering us breakfast for the entire stay. The experience was terrible!
