Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty.
When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later.
This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel
