I liked that it had a well-equipped kitchenette, washer, large fridge, and so much space for storage. What I didn’t like about it was that the room was so much smaller than in the photos. It was also not easy to communicate via the “mobile front” only, which is basically an online chat. You’d need to go through a chatbot before communicating with someone. There’s no way to simply call someone and ask for what you need. There are also extra charges for a lot of things like room cleaning or trash removal. Lastly, make sure to register your car before entering the parking garage—otherwise, it’s 10000 won for anything shorter than 1 hour.
